Type C (Mountain): a distal, high-elevation cam. Resection geometry is governed by two near-orthogonal dimensions — head size sets the surface area, cam height drives distal extension — and this hip sits deep and distal. A morphological/surgical characterization, not a prognosis (cam phenotype did not predict mHHS).
